The Net Asset Value (NAV) of the GKM Growth Fund (GKMGX) as of July 23, 2010 is $11.99.

First Western Investment Management, Inc., under the direction of Jed M. Cohen and Timothy J. Wahl, serves as the investment adviser to the GKM Funds. Cincinnati-based Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC, is the Funds' transfer agent and provides all shareholder services.

The first of these funds, the GKM Growth Fund, a no-load mutual fund, was opened on December 28, 2001 and is now available for investing. (The minimum initial investment in the Fund is $1,000. The minimum subsequent investment in the Fund is $100.) Please read the Prospectus for all relevant details, including fees.

The Fund can accept investments from a traditional IRA, a Roth IRA, a SEP-IRA, a Rollover IRA or an Education IRA. A separate application is required.
